In a bid to better serve our fast-growing clientele, REGCL, was incorporated on the 9th of April, 2003 with Tax ID No 46-4170274 under the name Rockgate International Management Group LLC, in the United States, and Rockgate Energy Global Concept Limited, in Nigeria on the April 9th, 2015 with RC ID No. 1313375.

Scope of Operations

Apart from being involved in project financing, we are also engaged in marine services, engineering, design, and construction of new industrial facilities, property development, and roads. we also undertake the maintenance and upgrade of existing oil and gas plants, pipelines and structures both on land, swamp, and at off-shore locations. Conditions of Delivery

  1. The delivery is carried out on the vessels nominated and agreed upon by both seller and buyer.
  2. The date of Bill of Lading (B/L) is to be considered as the date of the completing of the delivery.
